Your workspace

Your project name, inputs and brief are held in browser memory. ScopeJun does not save them in a database. Reloading or leaving the page clears the workspace. Downloads and copied text are under your control.

AI analysis via API

After your consent, your agreed scope, message and chosen language are sent through our server to an external AI service via API to create the brief. Your project name is not sent. ScopeJun does not deliberately log request text or persist briefs. The AI service may retain data, use inputs and outputs to improve its products, or involve human review, depending on the service plan and applicable terms. Service updates

If the AI service or its data handling changes, we will update this notice, the linked service terms and workspace consent before the change.

Preferences and technical data

We store only your language preference in local storage. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request paths and operational logs to deliver and secure the site. When Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, Cloudflare processes verification data. The app uses short-lived, in-memory request counters to reduce abuse. No advertising or marketing analytics are installed.

Contact and deletion requests

If you email us, your email provider and ours process that correspondence. Contact the operator for questions or deletion of correspondence we hold. We cannot delete files downloaded to your device or data held by a separate service.
